122nd meeting of the British Neuropathological Society

The next Annual Scientific Meeting of the British Neuropathological Society will be held on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th March 2021 and will take place online for the first time.

The main meeting will be held on 3rd March with scientific sessions on Neurodegeneration, Muscle pathology, CNS neoplasia and Cerebrovascular disease.

The Alfred Meyer lecture will be given by Professor Gabor Kovacs (http://www.uhnresearch.ca/researcher/gabor-kovacs)

The theme of the Symposium to be held on the 4th of March will be Brain Tumours 2021: Challenges and Opportunities. Speakers will include Roel Verhaak (The Jackson Laboratory, USA), Joanna Joyce (University of Lausanne and Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Switzerland), Michelle Monje (Stanford University, USA), Giuseppe Battaglia (UCL, UK) and Silvia Marino (QMUL, UK). Papers will be presented both as short orals and via an online poster room.

Registration will open later this month and we encourage you to submit your abstracts now for consideration. Please click here to submit your abstract by Friday 22nd January (the system will remain open until 10am on Monday 25th January).

Registration fees: £100 for non-BNS members, £50 for BNS members and trainees, free for PhD students and undergraduates.
